Justice David Saxe of the Appellate Division, First Department put forward some interesting proposals in his recent letter to the Law Journal (April 8).
Chief among them was the idea that the Appellate Division should work with the Commercial Division to expedite cases coming from that division, particularly cases that had been accelerated at trial.
