ESTATE OF FRANK ADELCO DECARO, A/K/A FRANK A. DECARO, Deceased. (12/2137/B) — After the filing of this proceeding for the probate of a will dated April 11, 2006, a petition for the probate of a later will, dated February 15, 2008, was filed.

In this contested probate proceeding, an instrument dated February 15, 2008, has been offered for probate as the last will and testament of the above named decedent by Olivia Salina (“Salina”), decedent’s niece and the executrix nominated therein. Salina and her brother, John Tartamella, are the children of decedent’s predeceased sister Gianconda Tartamella. Objections have been filed to the probate of the propounded instrument by Louis F. DeCaro, Delfino E. DeCaro, Maryann Cristiano, the children of decedent’s predeceased brother Michael DeCaro, and by Eugene Post, Amelia Bruszewski, and Darlene Weinberger, the children of decedent’s predeceased sister Olga Post (collectively, “Objectants”).
