Letters of Temporary Administration were issued to the Public Administrator of Richmond County on January 13, 2012, and extended until October 17, 2013 when full Letters of Administration were issued to him by this Court.

ESTATE OF ROMAN BLUM, Deceased. (12/29/A, B,C & D) — In this pending proceeding, Roman Blum, a resident of Richmond County died, allegedly, intestate without any known heirs on January 6, 2012. Letters of Temporary Administration were issued to the Public Administrator of Richmond County on January 13, 2012, and extended until October 17, 2013 when full Letters of Administration were issued to him by this Court.

On September 18, 2013, Anthony J. Allegrino II, filed a petition to probate an instrument dated May 22, 2006 purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Roman Blum. As of this date, the purported last Will and Testament of Roman Blum has not been admitted to probate, inasmuch as counsel for the petitioner has yet to provide the Court with the due diligence required to have Citation issue against unknown distributees.
