ESTATE OF HENRY J. BAKER, Deceased. (P-319/72/C) — On April 9, 2014, this Court issued a Decision which, inter alia, granted Successor Letters of Co-Trusteeship to Carol J. Defraine, Esq. for the trust created under the Last Will and Testament of the decedent. Furthermore, said decision waived the filing of a bond. The April 9, 2014 Decision is hereby vacated.

ESTATE OF HENRY J. BAKER, Deceased. (P-319/72/C) — On April 9, 2014, this Court issued a Decision which, inter alia, granted Successor Letters of Co-Trusteeship to Carol J. Defraine, Esq. for the trust created under the Last Will and Testament of the decedent. Furthermore, said decision waived the filing of a bond. The April 9, 2014 Decision is hereby vacated.

Approximately two months after the Decision was issued, it was brought to the Court’s attention that one of the beneficiaries of said Trust did not consent to the appointment of Carol J. Defraine, Esq., as Successor Trustee without the imposition of a bond. Therefore Carol J. Defraine, Esq., is directed to post a trustee bond in the sum of $311,779.88 prior to her appointment as Successor Trustee.
