An Eastern District federal court jury has awarded $150,000 to a man who alleged he was falsely arrested by New York City police in 2007. However, the jurors rejected claims of police brutality.
The jury seated before Judge Margo Brodie (See Profile) found that Robert Graham was falsely arrested by Officer William Glenn. It also found that Officer Andrew Ugbomah failed to intervene to prevent the false arrest.
