ESTATE OF FRANK M. MESSINA, SR., a/k/a FRANK MESSINA, Deceased. (P/353/05/E/F) — The decedent, Frank M. Messina, Sr., a/k/a Frank Messina, died on June 4th, 2005. Letters of Trusteeship were issued in the within estate to Claire N. Messina and James R. Grimaldi on October 4, 2005. Thereafter James R. Grimaldi resigned from his position as Co-Trustee on July 18, 2008 and Lawrence A. Fauci was appointed as successor Co-Trustee. In September 2011, Lawrence A. Fauci petitioned the Court to resign as Co-Trustee and the nominated successor trustee, Gail DeFazio has since and instead been appointed as Co-Trustee.

Now before the Court is another Petition for the resignation of Trustee and Appointment of Successor Trustee. Gail DeFazio wishes to resign as Co-Trustee and appoint a nominated successor trustee, Victoria Messina.
