An Internet free speech case will be debated at a mock trial at this year’s Office of the Appellate Defender’s First Monday in October event.

The Oct. 6 fundraiser will feature a mock U.S. Supreme Court argument, followed by a ceremony at which the Milton S. Gould Award for Outstanding Advocacy will be presented to Michele Hirshman, a partner at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison and Andrew J. Levander, a partner at Dechert.
