A technology employee for Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati has been charged by the Southern District U.S. Attorney’s Office with insider trading for a scheme that allowed him to net more than $300,000.
Prosecutors say Dimitry Braverman, a senior information technology professional in Wilson Sonsini’s Palo Alto office, traded on information about potential mergers and acquisitions on which the law firm was advising.
