• Brown Rudnick has added Alfred Fabricant and Lawrence Drucker as partners in its intellectual property litigation group. Fabricant will head the IP litigation practice in the U.S. and serve as co-chair of the firm’s global IP litigation practice. Fabricant is former chair of IP in Winston & Strawn‘s New York office, while Drucker was also a partner at Winston.
• Goldberg Segalla has added Stewart Milch as a partner and a member of its professional liability and appellate practice groups. Previously, he was a partner with Martin Clearwater & Bell.
