Legal Services Corp. honored six New York lawyers and three firms for their commitment to equal justice at an Oct. 6 ceremony at the New York State Bar Association in Albany.

Paul Tonko (D-NY); Sarah Prutzman, an associate at Morrison & Foerster; Matthew D’Amore, a partner at Morrison & Foerster; Hugh Humphreys, a retired Madison County judge recognized for his pro bono work with the Legal Aid Society of Mid-New York; and John Levi, chairman of the Legal Services Corp. board. Prutzman, D’Amore and Bratten accepted awards on behalf of their firms, while Kearney’s firm, Hodgson Russ, was also honored.
