Ex-attorney Marc Dreier won’t need to travel to 500 Pearl St. to testify in a bankruptcy case because the parties have settled the lawsuit.

Sheila Gowan, the onetime Chapter 11 trustee who handled the liquidation of Dreier LLP, was seeking to recover more than $130 million in allegedly fraudulent transfers that Dreier made to a group of hedge funds, in Gowan v. Westford, 10-05447.
