Martin Garbus, partner at Eaton & Van Winkle, will receive the James Joyce Award from University College, Dublin, Ireland, and the Honorary Patronage Award from the Dublin University Philosophical Society, Trinity College, both for excellence in law. He is the first American lawyer to receive these awards.
Bressler, Amery & Ross member Tracey Salmon-Smith has been appointed to the Council of the American Bar Association Litigation Section. The council is the governing body of the section and appoints six new members each year.
