The Nassau County legislator and lawyer accused of sending fake bills to a corporate client pleaded not guilty in federal court Friday during his arraignment on eight counts of mail fraud (See Information).
David Denenberg waived prosecution by indictment and has entered plea negotiations with the government, said his criminal defense attorney, Jason Russo.
