After acquiring a treasure trove of rare books and documents, the New York City Bar Association is turning back the clock and selling off much of the material.

Doyle New York will hold the first of what it says will be three “landmark” auctions from the association’s rare book collection at 10 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 24 at 175 East 87th Street. A preview exhibition will be held between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. the Friday, Saturday and Sunday prior.
