Officials of a New Jersey town involved in a dispute with the Al Falah Center have approved a settlement that clears the way for construction of a mosque.
Bridgewater Township Council members voted Monday to approve a pact paying the center $5 million and authorizing a property swap. The center had proposed construction at one site but agreed to an alternate location.
