A seven-attorney Manhattan real estate law firm has shut down, and four of its lawyers are joining 132-attorney firm Norris McLaughlin & Marcus.
Penn Proefriedt Schwarzfeld & Schwartz, which focused on real estate and commercial transactions, closed last month, said Stephen Penn, who was senior partner there.
