A Queens attorney who had been disbarred and reinstated has been disbarred again by a Brooklyn appellate court for a conviction linked to a high-profile case.

In 1993, Ephraim Frenkel was disbarred by the Appellate Division, First Department, after he submitted his resignation. At the time, he acknowledged being under indictment for allegedly possessing documents with forged signatures from the state Attorney General’s Office.
