A now-closed Manhattan tavern lost its suit seeking to enforce a liquidated damages provision in an agreement with its former landlord.
Former Upper East Side bar Johnny Foxes had demanded its landlord pay $106,000 because it had returned a $48,378 security deposit 212 days late.
