Family and friends will say farewell today to Mario Cuomo, an eloquent voice for the rule of law and for the poor during his career as an attorney and three-term governor, who died at his Manhattan home Thursday, hours after his son Andrew was sworn in to his second term as governor.
Cuomo, who was 82, suffered from heart problems.
