Victoria Graffeo, a former state Court of Appeals judge, has joined Harris Beach in Albany as a partner, firm officials announced this morning.
Graffeo’s 14-year term on the court ended on Nov. 29. She was not reappointed by Gov. Andrew Cuomo (NYLJ, Oct. 20).
