ESTATE OF LEONARD JAMES, Deceased. (14/806) — This pending administration proceeding was settled pursuant to a Stipulation of Settlement placed on the record in open court on December 10, 2014. Under the terms of the settlement agreement, Letters of Administration shall issue to Rajeeyah James, upon her duly qualifying according to law, without the necessity of posting a bond.

Furthermore, as per the agreement of the interested parties, the New York City Employees’ Retirement System (NYCERS) death benefit, when collected, is to be deposited in the attorney escrow account of Jeffrey Borrell, Esq., where it shall remain until distribution is made. Finally, the fee of Mr. Borrell shall be no greater than $3,000.00, plus disbursements, and the administratrix waives any commission.
