In search of money to fund his upcoming trial, former Dewey & LeBoeuf chairman Steven Davis has been allowed a refund of his $200,000 bail.

Over objections from Assistant District Attorney Peirce Moser, Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Robert Stolz said Tuesday that Davis could have the money back as long as he and family members sign a personal recognizance bond for $2 million.
