(11/498) — In this contested probate proceeding, an instrument dated January 7, 2011 (the "2011 Will") was originally offered for probate as the last will and testament of Ruby A. Tricka ("Tricka" or "decedent") by Alfonso Trotta ("Trotta"), the executor nominated therein. Decedent was predeceased by her husband, and has no known distributees. As discussed more fully below, an earlier will was subsequently offered for probate.

ESTATE OF TRICKA, Deceased. (11/498) — In this contested probate proceeding, an instrument dated January 7, 2011 (the “2011 Will”) was originally offered for probate as the last will and testament of Ruby A. Tricka (“Tricka” or “decedent”) by Alfonso Trotta (“Trotta”), the executor nominated therein. Decedent was predeceased by her husband, and has no known distributees. As discussed more fully below, an earlier will was subsequently offered for probate.

Jurisdiction in the underlying probate proceeding has been obtained over the Attorney General of the State of New York and a guardian ad litem has been appointed to represent the distributees, heirs at law, and next of kin of Ruby A. Tricka, deceased, if any be living; and if any be dead, their respective distributees, heirs at law, next of kin, legatees, devisees, executors, administrators, assigns and successors in interests, all of whose names, whereabouts and addresses are unknown and cannot be ascertained with due diligence, being any persons interested in the estate of Ruby A. Tricka, deceased, as a distributee or otherwise.
