A PLAINTIFF Board of Managers (board) of a condominium sued to recover “damages for alleged ‘pervasive construction defects,’” arising from the renovation and conversion of an office building into a residential condominium (condo). The closing of the first unit took place on or about January 2007. The plaintiff sued the condo’s developer-sponsor, an alleged affiliate of the sponsor (collectively referred to as “sponsor”), principals of the sponsor (individual defendants), the selling agents and the managing agent (agent).
