ALBANY – The state Senate’s Judiciary Committee will hold confirmation hearings Monday on the nominations of appellate justices Leslie Stein (See Profile) and Eugene Fahey (See Profile) for the Court of Appeals.
The committee announced Wednesday that it would take up the nomination of Stein, a justice on the Appellate Division, Third Department, beginning at 11:30 a.m. The nomination of Fahey, a Fourth Department justice, will follow.
