Wolf Haldenstein Adler Freeman & Herz, a 70-attorney firm known for class action and real estate work, is splitting into two law firms in May, when a group of real estate and health care lawyers leave to form their own practice.
The new firm, Schwartz Sladkus Reich Greenberg & Atlas, will be made up of 30 lawyers from Wolf Haldenstein who will focus on real estate, cooperative and condominium law, health care, not-for profit, trusts and estates, corporate and civil litigation matters, and will bill by the hour.
