ESTATE OF VINCENT BALLSCHMIEDER, a/k/a VINCENT HENRY BALLSCHMIEDER, JR., Deceased. (12/438/C) — In this bitterly contested proceeding, decedent died a resident of Richmond County on April 18, 2012. An instrument dated April 17, 2012 purporting to be decedent's Last Will and Testament was offered for probate by his brother, Charles Ballschmieder, the nominated executor therein. Decedent was survived by his longtime companion, Christina Gatto, with whom he resided at the time of his death, and five children from a prior marriage, who have filed objections to probate.

ESTATE OF VINCENT BALLSCHMIEDER, a/k/a VINCENT HENRY BALLSCHMIEDER, JR., Deceased. (12/438/C) — In this bitterly contested proceeding, decedent died a resident of Richmond County on April 18, 2012. An instrument dated April 17, 2012 purporting to be decedent’s Last Will and Testament was offered for probate by his brother, Charles Ballschmieder, the nominated executor therein. Decedent was survived by his longtime companion, Christina Gatto, with whom he resided at the time of his death, and five children from a prior marriage, who have filed objections to probate.

At the time of his death, decedent was the owner of certain real property, including his residence located at 23 Kingdom Avenue, Staten Island, New York, and an adjacent vacant parcel. Three months after the death of the decedent, his son, Brett Ballschmieder, moved into the residence and has resided there since July 2012.
