Payment of Legal Fees Through Guardianship Account of JOSE JOEL SIRI, Ward, File No. 2002-1995/A — The Petitioner, Bryan L. Rozencwaig, Esq., counsel to Elsa A. Siri, the mother and guardian of the property of the infant Ward herein, seeks the permission of this court to withdraw $9,190.50 from the Ward's funds contained in an investment account. The Petitioner avers that these fees were incurred by the Guardian for the preparation of her annual accountings for the period from 2005 to 2014.

Payment of Legal Fees Through Guardianship Account of JOSE JOEL SIRI, Ward, File No. 2002-1995/A — The Petitioner, Bryan L. Rozencwaig, Esq., counsel to Elsa A. Siri, the mother and guardian of the property of the infant Ward herein, seeks the permission of this court to withdraw $9,190.50 from the Ward’s funds contained in an investment account. The Petitioner avers that these fees were incurred by the Guardian for the preparation of her annual accountings for the period from 2005 to 2014.

By decree of this court dated July 8, 2002, Elsa A. Siri, the surviving spouse of the Decedent, was granted letters of guardianship of the property of the Ward based upon a petition wherein she stated that the infant was entitled to proceeds from a cause of action for the wrongful death of his father, Jose A. Siri. She had also previously been granted limited letters of administration from this court by decree dated May 20, 2002 wherein she was directed to post a bond in the amount of $40,000.00.
