ESTATE OF EPPOLITO, Deceased. (09/12/A) — In this pending probate proceeding, a petition seeking probate of a testamentary instrument dated August 19, 2005, was filed with this Court on May 19, 2009. Since that time, little if anything has been done to move this matter forward. Indeed, in almost six years, citation has yet been issued since the Court has been awaiting an affidavit of due diligence and an affidavit of heirship, along with numerous other items.

ESTATE OF EPPOLITO, Deceased. (09/12/A) — In this pending probate proceeding, a petition seeking probate of a testamentary instrument dated August 19, 2005, was filed with this Court on May 19, 2009. Since that time, little if anything has been done to move this matter forward. Indeed, in almost six years, citation has yet been issued since the Court has been awaiting an affidavit of due diligence and an affidavit of heirship, along with numerous other items.

The Court has been extremely patient with counsel and has met with him many times in an effort to assist him with moving this matter forward. However, the Court has been unsuccessful in those efforts, and to date, no further steps have been taken to complete jurisdiction.
