A public hearing will be held next week before the Mayor’s Advisory Committee on the Judiciary to learn about five judicial nominees to fill vacancies in the city’s criminal and family courts.
The two nominees for the Criminal Court are Claudia Daniels DePeyster, assistant deputy commissioner of trials for the New York Police Department; and Raja Rajeswari, senior trial counsel in the Supreme Court bureau for the Staten Island District Attorney’s Office.
