A trial court properly denied a golf course owner’s motion for summary judgment to dismiss claims filed by a woman who was thrown from a golf cart, a 4-1 panel of the Appellate Division, First Department, ruled.
Hilda Valverde was riding in a cart at The Golf Club at Mansion Ridge in Monroe driven by Andrew Jiminez, who attended an event hosted by the Andrew Glover Youth Program.
