A woman suing her former school district for liability in connection to the sexual contact she had with a teacher must disclose certain information on her Facebook account.
Melissa G. filed suit against the North Babylon Free Union School District for injuries she said she sustained as a 15-year-old after a relationship with teacher Danny Cuesta, who pleaded guilty in November 2006 to counts including third-degree rape.
