A Yonkers detective and a former police officer pleaded guilty Thursday to perjury charges for making false statements on a search warrant connected to a fatal 2014 drug raid.
Detective Christian Koch, 39, and Officer Neil Vera, 35, pleaded in Westchester County Court to one charge each of second-degree perjury, and Vera also pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor count of official misconduct, the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office said.
