A mother of four who lost custody of her three oldest children but successfully completed counseling and a parenting course should regain custody of her infant son, an appellate court ruled.
The decision by the Appellate Division, Second Department, reverses an order from Queens County Family Court Judge Barbara Salinitro to have the youngest child, identified as Baby Boy D., removed from his mother and placed in the custody of the New York City Administration for Children’s Services.
