One of the country’s best-known and most experienced commercial litigators, Barry Ostrager, has joined New York’s state judiciary and is hearing cases in his area of specialty, commercial law.
Ostrager’s nomination by Gov. Andrew Cuomo as a Court of Claims judge was confirmed by the Senate on May 5, and Ostrager has been assigned as an acting Supreme Court justice at 60 Centre St.
