Claims have been narrowed in a malpractice case against 20-attorney Gilbride Tusa Last & Spellane and three partners.
Last October, two investment funds sued Gilbride Tusa for legal malpractice in Genesis Merchant Partners v. Gilbride Tusa, 653145/2014, claiming the firm failed to perfect the funds’ security interest in life insurance policies, leading to more than $84 million in damages.
