Lawyers for the National Football League and New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady met again with Southern District Judge Richard Berman this morning on a possible settlement in the fight over Brady’s suspension in the football deflation controversy.
The legal team for the NFL, led by Daniel Nash of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, and Brady, led by Jeffrey Kessler of Winston & Strawn, met with Berman separately for about two hours to continue settlement discussions with the judge.
