A former Dewey & LeBoeuf administrator, who has pleaded guilty and is cooperating in a criminal case against the defunct firm’s former leaders, said Tuesday she didn’t think the accounting adjustments she made as director of revenue support were illegal.
“You were not intending to defraud anyone, correct?” asked Andrew Frisch, who is representing ex-Dewey & LeBoeuf chief financial officer Joel Sanders.
