A Long Island attorney who received a felony conviction for stealing $206,000 from his clients has been disbarred.
In January, Percy Randall, 59, pleaded guilty to second-degree grand larceny, a panel of the Appellate Division, Second Department, wrote in Matter of Randall, 2015-4453, handed down Wednesday.
