Manhattan Assistant District Attorney Peirce Moser said he may reduce the number of charges against the former leaders of the now-bankrupt law firm Dewey & LeBoeuf from 100 to 53.
Meanwhile, defense attorneys said they would rest their case Tuesday without calling their clients or any other witnesses to testify.
