Former New York State Senate majority leader Dean Skelos and his son, Adam Skelos, are attacking the evidence against them in an alleged pay-to-play scam that includes bribery and extortion.

In papers filed Friday, attorneys for the two men ask Southern District Judge Kimba Wood to suppress evidence gathered from the interception of calls made on three cellphones during the investigation.
