Garfunkel Wild, an 80-attorney firm focusing on health care, has hired a trio of lawyers from the New York State Department of Health for an Albany office that opens Monday.
James Dering, former general counsel at the health department; Sandra Jensen, who was acting director of the Bureau of House Counsel within the Division of Legal Affairs at DOH; and Michael Stone, who was an assistant counsel within the Bureau of House Counsel, make up the three-partner team.
