Southern District Bankruptcy Judge Robert Gerber has dismissed a lawsuit brought by liquidators of two investment funds against DLA Piper for aiding and abetting fraud, finding the liquidators failed to sufficiently allege the law firm had knowledge of wrongful conduct.
