Legal Services NYC has received a $346,738 grant from the Legal Services Corporation’s Pro Bono Innovation Fund to expand an existing program addressing student loan issues faced by low-income borrowers.
The program will enlist law students and transactional lawyers from large firms and corporations to help secure debt discharges, consolidations and income-based relief for borrowers.
