The jury in the criminal trial of the former top executives of Dewey & LeBoeuf requested more exhibits and asked to re-hear one of the five charges against the defendants.

The panel of seven women and five men are deciding the fate of ex-Dewey chairman Steven Davis, former executive director Stephen DiCarmine and former chief financial officer Joel Sanders. The three have been accused by the Manhattan District Attorney’s office of orchestrating a scheme to alter the firm’s records in order to present a more favorable financial picture to lenders and investors.
