• Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher has added Jason P.W. Halperin as of counsel focusing on white-collar criminal defense, internal investigations, regulatory enforcement and litigation matters. Halperin was an assistant U.S. attorney in the Southern District from 2004 until this year. In addition, Gibson Dunn added Eric Sloan as a partner, focusing on federal income taxation, partnership taxation and the taxation of private equity firms and funds. Sloan was a principal at Deloitte Tax.
• Sullivan & Worcester has added Hayden Baker as a partner in its environment and natural resources group and Jeffrey Gleit as partner in its bankruptcy and restructuring group. Baker was counsel at Davis Polk & Wardwell and Gleit arrives from Togut, Segal & Segal. Also, Roy Andersen, formerly of Connell & Andersen, has joinedSullivan & Worcester as of counsel in its corporate department.
