The jury deliberating in the trial of the former top executives of the now-defunct Dewey & LeBoeuf law firm said in a note Tuesday that they could not agree on most of the charges against the defendants.
Acting Supreme Court Justice Robert Stolz, who is presiding over the case, told jurors just after 4 p.m. to continue working and that he would respond to their note in greater detail Wednesday morning.
