Two days after delivering a partial verdict that acquitted three Dewey & LeBoeuf executives of a number of charges, the jury continued to deliberate the remaining charges and asked on Friday to hear testimony from a key witness about accounting adjustments.

Jurors have deliberated for 16 full days in the trial against ex-chairman Steven Davis, former executive director Stephen DiCarmine and former chief financial officer Joel Sanders. Prosecutors allege they oversaw a scheme to enhance the firm’s financials through fraudulent accounting entries.
