A medical student who claimed a school failed to make a reasonable accommodation for his struggles with depression will get a chance to pursue his claims under the Americans With Disabilities Act.

Maxiam Dean said the University at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences refused to adjust for his depression as he tried, for the third time, to pass Step 1 of the United States Medical Licensing Exam.
