AG, Fantasy Sports Companies Face Off in State Court
A judge on Wednesday said he would not take long to rule on a motion by New York’s top law enforcement official to stop the country’s two biggest daily fantasy sports companies from operating following two hours of arguments in a packed Manhattan courtroom.

AG Seeks to Enjoin Fantasy Sites From Taking NY Players
Daily fantasy sports operator FanDuel said Tuesday that it is temporarily suspending entry in paid contests for New York players, while the state attorney general sued to halt what he considers illegal gambling by both FanDuel and DraftKings.
